    What kind of payments do you accept?

    We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

    What is covered by AURIA's warranty and how do I make a claim?

    All defective products are covered by AURIA's warranty policy. To be eligible, products must be fully assembled and not damaged, unless the damage occurred as a result of shipping, in which case you should have already reported this condition to the shipping company after receipt. If the product does not function or work properly, we will replace it at no charge. To make a warranty claim, you need to contact AURIA's Customer Service by calling (610) 251-6848 and asking for our Customer Service Department. Our representative will guide you quickly through the process and provide a Return Authorization Number.

    Can I make a warranty claim on a product that received as a gift?

    Yes. If your product was received as a gift, you do not need a receipt. However, we will need you to indicate the date you received the gift, the store from which the product was purchased and the date of purchase when you speak to a Customer Service Representative.
