AURIA will determine optimal Personalizer categories for our target customers, then let our

Our customers will determine which designs will stay and which ones will be replaced by their
rate of purchases.

Of course, if a particular design sells well, it will always be retained.

Fast time-to-market.
Our ecommerce managers are tasked with making sure that our customers have the best
possible Personalizer selections. We will be continually evaluating sales and marketing trends to
determine what types of Personalizer categories and designs will appeal to our customers.
Based upon previous design submittals from our Creative Partners, we will have an inventory
of designs ready to be uploaded to the Website at all times. We will be able to move quickly as
design trends or color preferences change.
We will evaluate each category no less than once per month.

We will promote popular Personalizer designs both on our website and in a variety of campus
and sporting events all at NO COST to you!

Pricing and Revenue generation.
We work in concert with our retail partners and creative partners to determine the best
possible price-value relationship with our customers. The pricing must be attractive enough for
consumers to acquire numbers of Personalizers as they support colleges or sporting teams,
express their fashion sense or show their personal style. Although the variety of designs we
receive will certainly reflect distinguishable degrees of creative talent, our customers will
ultimately determine which ones are most desired.
We generate demand at no cost to you.
Since we are continually developing new products and technologies, we are constantly
promoting our company, our products and our brands to target consumers. All of these
activities take place at no cost to our creative partners.
We have numerous retail channels and also perform promotion our retail partners in such
channels as: college bookstores, running stores, specialty sporting goods stores and consumer
electronics stores.
Thus, we take care of creating a sizable and growing demand base for Personalizer customers.
Cash-in how your revenue is generated.
We are setting a base price of $7.95 per pair for Personalizer designs with digitally printed
imagery. You can send a premium pricing request along with your design submittals to raise the
sell price of a particular design to either $8.95 or $9.95. However, you will run the risk that if
the design does not sell well at the premium price point, it may be removed from the site in a
subsequent assortment review. We do not intend to discount sell prices once they are posted.
AURIA strongly recommends that creative partners follow the base price guideline until the
partners have enough selling history on particular design styles to consider premium pricing.
Each creative partner will receive 8% of AURIA's Net revenue from sales of a particular
design. Such Net Revenue will vary dependent on how the sale occurs. For instance, Net
Revenue from AURIA's own website sales will be the highest Net Revenue possible to our
Creative Partners. If a Personalizer design from a Creative Partner is distributed to retail partners,
by comparison, the Net revenue shall mean AURIA's price to a customer, retailer or
wholesaler less any discounts, allowances, including transportation costs, commissions, actual
returns and other negotiated costs of sales.
High-volume sales opportunity.
Our earphones and MP3/Mobile phone accessory products are intended to be high-volume
products. This business model is very different from low volume T-shirt or clothing products. Our
patent-pending technology provides a unique opportunity to cash-in on personalization of
high-volume consumer products. Your personal revenue will have the opportunity to grow
quickly if your designs are well-accepted by AURIA customers - all with zero promotional cost
and hassle.
Product Templates and Graphics Instructions
For best results, we recommend downloading a product template to assist you in preparing
your design for uploading to our site.
The preferred format for files is: .ai, 300 DPI, vector-based. Alternate formats are .psd or
.eps. If .psd or.eps formats are inserted into the .ai template, they must also include the original
layered image.
Please note that ALL images or Illustrations will be trimmed precisely to a 15.5 mm circle.
Resolution and DPI.
Since Personalizers are relatively small in size, it is important to have sufficient resolution in the
underlying graphical images so that details of the designs are recognizable and clean. We
strongly recommend using 300 DPI (dots per inch).
What resolution is : the number of pixels in the horizontal direction by the number of pixels in
the vertical direction. In other words, a picture with 1200 pixels in the horizontal direction and
2400 in the vertical direction has a resolution of 1200 x 2400 pixels.
What DPI is : Dots per inch. A picture with 100 x 100 DPI would be 1 inch x 1 inch when printed
at 100 DPI and 100 inches x 100 inches when printed at 1 DPI.
